We sometimes have the opportunity to collaborate with other local

businesses, and for this project, we teamed up with Staged Detroit on

several investor flips in Detroit. When investors approached us to help restore

their flip homes and prep them for sale, we jumped at the chance. We love

being a part of revitalizing a city we love.

Design Studio Detroit would kick-off the process with kitchen and bath

designs, both teams made selections for paint colors, lighting throughout,

flooring and more. Once the renovation was complete, both teams helped

with staging just before it went on the market. Our work ensured the investor

was able to put a flip on the market that stood out above the rest.
